Driver recruitment is currently proving tough for this winter, due to new changes in legislation at Geneva airport.
This has been ever changing during winter season 13-14, and relates to the driver qualification required to pick up and drop off clients from the Swiss airport.
Previously a French license was the main requirement, whereas now a Swiss equivalent is needed.
This is not an issue for the directors/owners of a transfer company, but requires further qualifications for any staff who work for the company.
It is likely that our drivers will require a ROSPA advanced driving qualification. We are currently working hard with other transfer companies to understand the exact requirements of this.
N.B. The above legislation is only the case for Geneva airport because it is in Switzlerand (even though it has a French access side).
Grenoble, Chambery and Lyon airports remain unaffected.

This should not make any difference to our clients; it just makes for a busier paperwork summer for us!
